The Brazilian Association of Companies of Components for Leather, Footwear and Artifacts (Assintecal) is now accepting registrations for business caravans to the 32nd edition of INSPIRAMAIS, the only materials design show for the footwear, apparel, furniture, jewelry, and automotive upholstery industries in Latin America. The initiative aims to bring footwear manufacturers from some of Brazil’s main production hubs to the event. Missions will depart from Nova Serrana/MG, São João Batista/SC, Birigui/SP, Jaú/SP, and Franca/SP. The project is supported by the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae).
Aline Santos, Assintecal’s Marketing and Relationship Manager, emphasizes that the goal of the initiative is to provide footwear manufacturers from these hubs with subsidized access to the show, which takes place in São Paulo, SP, on July 15 and 16. “The symbolic fees, starting at R$ 50, are designed to give companies the opportunity to see—and purchase—the latest materials to supply their production throughout the year,” she says. The caravans departing from Nova Serrana and São João Batista will also include accommodations in double rooms.
INSPIRAMAIS
Featuring more than 150 exhibitors of products such as leathers, synthetic laminates, footwear components, chemicals, and other raw materials, INSPIRAMAIS is held at the Pro Magno Event Center. The show is organized by Assintecal in partnership with the Center for the Tanning Industries of Brazil (CICB), the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (Abit), and the Brazilian Furniture Industries Association (Abimóvel). The event is an initiative of Brazilian Materials with the support of Sebrae. The Brazilian Textile Retail Association (ABVTEX) is an institutional supporter of the show.
